2014 Brinkman Block Cabernet Sauvignon

The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Brinkman Block hails from Rutherford, from a subsector of the famous Beckstoffer George III Vineyard. Sensational blueberry and blackberry liqueur notes intermixed with incense, camphor, and spice box soar from the glass of this opaque purple wine. First growth quality all the way, its full-bodies, multi-layered, skyscraper-like mouthfeel and incredible glycerin, fruit, extract and richness all combine for a prodigious Cabernet Sauvignon, probably the best wine I have ever tasted from Hunnicutt. It should drink well for 25 or more years.
