The 2014 Saint Aubin 1er Cru Derrière Chez Edouard Rouge has a refined bouquetm the oak nicely integrated, perhaps the most purest of Olivier Lamy's reds. The palate is medium-bodied with a bit of sinew that should mellow during maturation, with cranberry and pomegranate notes towards the structured finish. This will probably need a year or two in bottle.
