2012 Tranche Syrah

Lastly, I loved the 2012 Syrah from this team. Brought up in 30% new French oak puncheons and barrels, it has searing white pepper, black raspberry, plums, and a hint of mint to go with a full-bodied, ripe, beautifully textured feel on the palate. It has good acidity as well, but this is all about incredibly pure fruit. Drink it over the coming decade.
