2021 Yarra Valley Reserve Pinot Noir

The 2021 Pinot Noir Reserve is very appealing as it delivers energetic red and dark cherry aromas, with a gentle dusting of violets and dried herbs. Fleshy and mouth-filling, there is a hearty core of earthy/mushroom flavors and old spices, al-dente tannins providing some support. Gravelly minerality adds a savory counterpoint that lingers through to the finish. This needs at least a couple of years to settle.
