The palate is medium-bodied with a sorbet-fresh entry, a citrus-driven Gevrey-Chambertin that feels nimble and tensile. That infectious freshness disguises the concentration of fruit on the finish that delivers a welcome subtle bitter edge that draws you back for another sip. Excellent.
