2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Unfiltered

A scoop of dry, spiced, cocoa sprinkled over cooked black fruits and a few fresh ones carry nose through palate accented by cracked pepper and a bit of gunmetal through the finish. Rich, opaque delivery with dusty tannins and a wash of flavour. Persistent. A bit hot through the finish. Feels manufactured but some of that will integrate with air or a bit of time in bottle. (ECB)
