Note di degustazione
Along the same lines but slightly richer and more plush, the 2022 Cairanne La Brunote offers red and black fruits, crushed stone, pepper, and floral notes. Medium-bodied, with nice concentration and a plush mouthfeel, this co-fermented blend of 60% Grenache, 30% Mourvèdre, and 10% Carignan was aged 18 months in concrete vats. Enjoy over the coming 5-7 years.

A prospective blend of 50% Mourvèdre, 30% Grenache and 20% Carignan, the 2022 Cairanne la Brunote offers up notions of black truffles, black cherries and black licorice. Full-bodied and richly concentrated, it's almost creamy in texture, with a lingering finish. Yum.
60% Grenache, 30% Mourvèdre, 10% Carignan. Bunches destemmed before low-temperature (18 °C) co-fermentation of the three varieties with native yeasts. Aged in concrete for 18 months. Certified organic. Tank sample. Tasted blind. Cedar and liquorice-led nose. The palate is underpinned by fresh acidity and dense fruit on top. Tightly wound, compact and rich – there is a slight earthy and graphite note underneath. Well balanced and although currently closed and tight there is lots of energy underneath this wine. (AC)
