2020 Domaine Albert Boxler Sylvaner

Boxler's 2020 Sylvaner offers a clear, very elegant and intense bouquet of ripe, white fruits intertwined with floral aromas and coolish, refined granite notes. Full-bodied and rich but also with vibrant mineral acidity that gives structure, nerve and length, this is a mouth-filling, round, refined and elegant, fleshy/textured Sylvaner with fine tannins on the finish. It is made to be served with richer, fat (fish) dishes. 13.5% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in April 2022.
