Full bottle 1,339 g. Certified Demeter biodynamic and Ecocert organic. Sec. Quince in lime-laced honey; green melon; greengages; cumin. Fragrant, spicy, lusciously ripe whilst still piercingly dry. Has the voluptuous weight of a curvaceous golden pear, but it also carries itself on long, arching, elegant limbs. Rich but not heavy. A long, sensuous, slow uncurling into the finish.
