Note di degustazione
Almost entirely Syrah, the 2021 Cotes du Rhone Villages Saint Maurice Echevin Guillaume de Rouville en 1589 delivers plenty of blackberry and blueberry fruit, even if it lacks the richness and power of the wines from 2022. It's a charming, early-drinking Syrah from the Southern Rhône with a medium to full-bodied palate and a silky elegance to its lingering finish.

Ripe red and black fruits, ground pepper, sappy, resinous garrigue, camphor, and leather notes all emerge from the 2021 Côtes Du Rhône Villages Saint Maurice Guillaume De Rouville, another quality wine from this estate that has medium-bodied richness, the focused firmer style of the vintage, and solid length on the finish. It will benefit from a year or two in bottle and drink nicely through 2031.
A very cool and silky dry white for the Southern Rhone with delicate white peach, white flower and garden herb aromas. Stunning mineral freshness gives the full-bodied palate an elegant personality. Extremely focused long finish. Should expand beautifully as it matures in bottle over the next few years. A cuvee of grenache blanc, roussanne, marsanne and viognier. Drink or hold.
