Strutting a pale to medium ruby-purple color, the 2015 Pinot Noir les Galets reveals notions of crushed red currants and cranberries with touches of lavender, forest floor, dusty earth and moss, plus a hint of cinnamon stick. Light to medium-bodied, with a lovely quiet intensity in the mouth, it has a delicate frame of fine-grained tannins and seamless freshness, finishing long and perfumed.
