2019 Martin Muthenthaler Riesling Selektion Viticole Vie Blinger Ried Bruck

Vinified in stainless steel, the 2019 Ried Bruck Riesling is a classic for the Spitzer Graben. Cultivated on mica schist and from 10- to 25-year-old vines, the 2019 opens with a beautifully aromatic but also flinty and crystalline bouquet with coolish herbal and crunchy schist aromas. Bottled in April 2020, this is a pure, fresh, very elegant, vital and salty-piquant Riesling with a stimulating bite and salinity on the aromatic finish that delivers intense stone fruit aromas. Still young but already irresistible, this gorgeous a Riesling. 12.5% alcohol. Tasted at the domaine in June 2021.
