2010 Ca' del Bosco Franciacorta Cuvée Annamaria Clementi

Disgorged in 2019 (as advertised on the back label, which also specifies 48 mg/l SO 2 ). Mid pale orangey-pink. Lots of autolysis on the nose. Tight bead. Creamy texture – pretty impressive! No aggressive acid or sweetness but excellent integration. Super-smooth with candied rose flavours with a far-from-unpleasant note of blue cheese! Really rather superior. As it should be for the likely price! (JR)
