2019 Lone Madrone - Roussanne

Limpid yellow-gold. Honey, orchard and pit fruit nectar, succulent herbs and a hint of chamomile on the deeply perfumed nose. Plush and broad yet lively as well, offering juicy Anjou pear, nectarine, sweet butter and fennel flavors braced by a spine of juicy acidity. A floral note emerges with air and carries strongly through a smooth, persistent finish given focus by a jolt of smoky minerality.
