Sweet and expansive on the palate, offering intense, spice- and mineral-tinged raspberry, cherry and five-spice flavors and a late touch of mocha. Silky tannins build steadily and fold smoothly into the wine's energetic fruit on a very long, sweet finish that shows excellent clarity and lingering spice and mineral qualities.
