A much darker purple/magenta color, the 2021 Pinot Noir Gap's Crown Vineyard is ripe and deep. Its spicy bouquet features aromas of Amarena cherries, candied violets, baking spice, and anise. Leaning toward full-bodied, this ripe Pinot Noir has a more structured feel, with ripe tannins and a spine of acidity driving the wine forward on the palate. It is a more structured style to drink over the next several years.
