Punteggio 90-92/100 · William Kelley, Wine Advocate, Feb 2020

Bursting with buttered orchard fruit, blanched almonds and white flowers, the 2018 Meursault 1er Cru Les Porusots is medium to full-bodied, fleshy and supple, with a round, charming profile balanced by succulent acids. This is a friendly, expressive Porusots that will drink well young.

Punteggio 90-92/100 · Da bere 2023-2038, Neal Martin, Jan 2020

The 2018 Meursault Les Porusots 1er Cru, matured in 25% new oak, shows a little reduction on the nose, but there is decent fruit concentration underneath. The palate is well balanced with fine acidity, although the reduction dominates the finish at the moment. It could evolve into a fine Les Porusots, but it will need time to lose that reduction (and possibly a good decant).
