2012 Del Dotto Pinot Noir Clone 828/OV Allier Cinghiale Vineyard Family Reserve

The 2012 Pinot Noir Family Reserve Cinghiale Vineyard displays slightly more structure and definition as well as more elevated new oak, but then again, even more concentrated blackcurrant and black cherry fruit. This cuts a relatively full swath across the palate. Pure and intense, it is still young but promises to evolve gracefully for at least a decade or more.
