2015 Ravines Wine Cellars Cabernet Franc

The 2015 Cabernet Franc was aged for nine months in mostly (80%) used oak (75% French, the rest air-dried American). It comes in at 12.8% alcohol. Light, bright and peppery, this doesn't have a lot of concentration–not what you tend to get from this grape in this region–but it's clean, elegant and fresh. It has enough structure to allow it to age a bit, but it is nonetheless approachable now.
