2001 Blackjack Ranch Winery Harmonie

The 2001 Harmonie (80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Cabernet Franc, 4% Merlot, and the rest Malbec and Petit Verdot) boasts a dense ruby/purple color as well as a complex bouquet of graphite, coffee, black currants, bay leaves, and subtle vanilla. Medium to full-bodied, firm, tannic, and backward, but beautifully rich, well-delineated, and structured, this is a wine to put away for 2-3 years, and consume over the following 10-15 years. Tel.
