Cask sample. A step-up from Jobard’s Bourgogne Blanc but definitely cut from the same cloth. Pithy character to the fruit with minerals and a tension which add lots of freshness. Purity of fruit, a crystalline quality here which is not apparent in many 2022 whites. (AWH)
