The age description refers to the wine's character rather than the actual average age. Only about 700 bottles produced. One of his most 'classic' wines with residual sugar under 100 g/l. Chestnut coloured. The nose is a little loose and candified (like Edinburgh rock/sucrose) on the nose. Brawny, rich character reminiscent of Christmas pudding (masses of dried fruit and sweet spice).
