Deep magenta. Vibrant black raspberry, cherry liqueur and candied rose scents, along with hints of dusty minerals, sassafras and black tea. Juicy, chewy and energetic on the palate, offering appealingly sweet, mineral-tinged red and dark berry and floral pastille flavors that open up steadily with air. Dusty, even tannins frame the chewy, persistent finish, which shows strong, floral- and mineral-driven tenacity. No new oak.
