2021 Patricia Green Cellars Pinot Noir Medici Vineyard

The ripe ruby-colored 2021 Pinot Noir Medici Vineyard needs a little air on opening as it’s a bit reductive, so it could use a decant if opening soon. It opens to reveal beautiful, pure framboise fruit, herbes de Provence, and fresh flowers. Medium-bodied, it has fantastic energy and a lift of acidity that’s even-keeled, with fine tannins and an iron-rich mineral flourish. I would recommend laying this down for a couple more years and drinking 2026-2036.
