A more restaurant-focused wine, a third of the grapes in the NV Champagne Premier Cru Reserve Exclusive Brut come from 21 Premier Cru villages (half of all the Premier Cru in the region). Medium straw-colored, it has more intensity and a more linear drive, offering notes of fleshy stone fruits and a touch of saltiness. Aged only in stainless steel, it’s medium-bodied, with fresh red berries and pithy orange citrus as well as a pleasant toastiness, and the mousse is frothy and pillowy. Drink from 2025 to 2035. The dosage is 5 grams per liter. Based in Chouilly, all of the wines from Nicolas Feuillatte are raised in stainless steel vats, and oak is only used for the liqueur de tirage.

Delicacy on the nose, with white flowers, stone fruits and pastry notes. Lean to medium body with crisp acidity and fine mousse. Lacks a bit of length and persistency, otherwise good. Chardonnay, pinot noir and pinot meunier. Drink now.
A well-crafted Brut Nature with a nice appley juiciness on the front palate, but with very crisp acidity at the finish. Thankfully there’s good substance there and it carries it well. Good length. A cuvee of all three main Champagne grapes that was matured for more than three years. Drink now.
