The 2012 Syrah Brousseau is all about intensity and power. The pure richness of the fruit totally covers the 50% whole clusters. Dark blue and black fruit, licorice, smoke and dark spices blossom in an immediate wine endowed with pure explosive energy. The Brousseau is going to require a bit of patience, maybe more than a bit. This section of the vineyard is planted with clones from Chave.
