(from 90-year-old vines) Deep ruby-red. Reduced, wild aromas of ripe raspberry, smoke and game. Creamy-sweet and lush, with deep, thoroughly ripe flavors of dark fruits and game. This has lovely texture for 2001. Finishes with broad, ripe tannins and excellent length.
