2014 Clos de Mez Morgon

Saturated ruby. Smoky dark berries and licorice on the nose and in the mouth. Firm and sharply focused, showing very good depth and a hint of smoky minerals on the back half. Sweeter and more open on the long, sappy finish, which is given shape by fine-grained, slow-building tannins.
