Still to be bottled, the full-bodied 2016 Rasteau Le Haut Plateau delivers massive waves of mouth-coating fruit and baking spices. Black cherries, raspberries and apricots are all found in this blend of 90% Grenache, 5% Mourvèdre and 5% Syrah. Rich and ripe, it lingers with a surprising degree of elegance on the long finish.
