Note di degustazione
The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Dr. Crane Vineyard offers more density and depth, with lots of blueberry fruits as well as tobacco, chocolate, and gravelly earth-like notes. It's rich and medium to full-bodied, with ripe tannins and outstanding length. It lacks some of the extra dimensions found in other wines from this great site, but it's certainly well-made, balanced, and should evolve for 10-15 years.

The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Dr. Crane Vineyard is bold and racy from the outset. Lifted floral notes and strong savory accents give the 2018 much of its character. I would prefer to drink this mid-weight Cabernet over the next few years, give or take.
A rich, opulent cabernet for 2018 with currant, chocolate and hazelnut, as well as cedar. Full-bodied red with round, soft tannins and a creamy texture at the end. I like the mineral, stone and walnut flavors at the end. Drink after 2022.
The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Dr. Crane Vineyard is a blend of 94% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Merlot and 2% Cabernet Franc. Deep garnet-purple in color, it strides confidently out of the glass with notions of crushed black and red currants, ripe blackberries and black raspberries plus hints of dried Mediterranean herbs, tilled soil and pencil lead. The medium to full-bodied palate is chock-full of crunchy black and red berries, framed by firm, grainy tannins and a lively backbone, finishing long with loads of minerals and an herbal lift.
