The 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Calluna Estate checks in as 78% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14% Cabernet Franc, and the rest Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Malbec. Aged 21 months in 40% new French oak, it offers rocking notes of crème de cassis, graphite, dried herbs, and loamy earth. Rich, medium-bodied, and structured on the palate, with some chewy tannins and a more savory style, it's going to benefit from 2-3 years of bottle age and keep for a decade.
