The 2021 Single Vineyard Series Holy Roller opens in the glass with a vivid blend of red plums and cranberries, complemented by hints of sage, chalk dust and a twist of tangerine. This sweeps across the palate, softly textured yet staining, boasting a primary core of red and black fruits as fine-grained tannins saturate toward the close. It finishes long, structured and full of youthful tension, leaving behind suggestions of tart black cherry.

Showing a dusty core, the nose reveals a compact and tightly wound character that will greatly benefit from both cellar aging and decanting. This full-bodied wine boasts richness, roundness and a firm tannic edge, promising graceful aging for over 20 years. Your patience will be duly rewarded.
