Leading off the Chardonnays, the 2016 Chardonnay Rosella's Vineyard is a true classic from this terroir. Vibrant smoky minerality, lots of orchard fruits and white flowers, and subtle oak all flow to a medium-bodied, racy yet concentrated 2016 that has fabulous balance. It’s an incredibly classy Chardonnay I’d be thrilled to drink any time over the coming 5-7 years, but I wouldn’t be surprised to see it keep longer.

The 2016 Chardonnay Rosella's Vineyard sings of fresh grapefruit, lemon tart and tangerine peel with suggestions of wet slate, baking bread, honeysuckle and coriander seed. Medium to full-bodied, it completely fills the palate with vibrant citrus layers, providing and satiny texture and great freshness, finishing on a persistent mineral note.
