2015 Domaine Felettig Chambolle-Musigny Fuées 1er Cru

The 2015 Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru les Fuées, which is completely de-stemmed, has a gorgeous bouquet with ample black fruit, complemented by kirsch and orange sorbet entwined with wonderful mineralité. The terroir comes through strongly here. The palate is medium-bodied with very fine tannin: crisp and focused with tangible mineralité, great tension on the finish that has a subtle note of spice box and white pepper. This is a very fine Les Fuées that should give 15-20 years drinking pleasure.
