The 2021 Panoplie is dramatic in the glass. A gorgeous bouquet of wilted violets and lavender introduce crushed rocks, blackberries, tobacco and blood orange. It soothes with its soft and supple textures as a savory set of wild berry fruits and mineral tones cascades across the palate. Salted licorice and inner rose tones linger on, as crunchy tannins resonate through the incredibly long and structured finish. The 2021 Panoplie is the total package and is geared for the long term. Beautiful.

The 2021 Panoplie, a blend of 54% Mourvèdre, 24% Grenache and 22% Syrah, is pure and expressive. The nose is bursting with fragrant blueberry, violet and lilac, plus accents of sagebrush, tobacco, graphite and botanicals. The medium to full-bodied palate offers concentrated, layered flavors that range from fruit to mineral and floral tones. It has an elegant frame of chalky tannins, vibrant acidity and a long, layered finish. 865 cases were made.
The 2021 Panoplie blossoms in the glass, with a beguiling blend of violets and lavender giving way to a complex mix of blackberries, earth tones and citrus. It's deceivingly soft and inviting with vibrant acidity and cooling mineral tones, yet quickly gains in tension as crystalline tannins slowly saturate the senses. The 2021 finishes dramatically long and primary, leaving the palate stained in liquid florals as a web of fine tannins grips the senses.
