2021 Gorman Winery Cabernet Sauvignon the Albatross Reserve

The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon The Albatross (100% Cabernet Sauvignon) is similarly deep purple-hued and has a more spicy, savory style in its red and black currant and plum fruits as well as notes of chocolaty oak, smoke tobacco, and scorched earth. Slightly broader and more concentrated, with velvety tannins, it's another terrific wine in the lineup that has tons to love. It will keep for 10-15 years.
