The lot number suggests this may be a bottling disgorged in January 2015. Lively froth. Light but layered, quite intriguing nose. Very mouthfilling froth, open rather than tight-knit. and a bit astringent on the finish. Seems a bit expensive. Sweet and sour. (JR)
