Note di degustazione
Wonderful nose of mango brulee with some candied-orange and toasted-nut character. Impressive concentration on the rich and succulent palate, where thereâs a great interplay of exotic fruit and salty minerality. Moderate acidity, but its enough to keep this bright all the way through. Drink or hold.

Vinified in stainless steel for 28 months, the golden-colored 2019 Trockenbeerenauslese No. 2 Muscat Ottonel Zwischen den Seen opens with a clear and noble, remarkably delicate bouquet of ripe and stewed peaches, hints of smoke and milled white pepper as well as notes of candied cumquat and lemon zest. The palate is highly elegant and seamless in its texture. The fruit is intense but very delicate and settled on a saline structure that leads to a highly refined and stimulating finish. This is a super elegant and finessed TBA and one of the finest Muscat Ottonel's that I have ever tasted. 10% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in July 2022.
RS 178.5 g/l, TA 7 g/l. Fermented and matured in stainless-steel tanks for 28 months. Spicy, exotic nose with some wildness about it. Very digestible and fresh with the lusciousness of botrytis, but relatively delicate on the palate. A pretty wine even if it finishes a little suddenly. (JR)
