Note di degustazione
Dried nutmeg, camembert, dried apple rind and pressed jasmine. The palate is well rounded, even though slightly more freshness could have really lifted this off. Drink now.

(14% new French oak) Light bright yellow. Pungent, mineral- and spice-tinged citrus and pit fruit aromas show excellent clarity and a sexy floral overtone. Juicy and focused on the palate, offering vibrant Meyer lemon, pear and honeysuckle flavors and a sneaky touch of fennel. Finishes tangy and long, showing excellent clarity and a recurring mineral note.
The larger production 2016 Chardonnay Estate is certainly worth your time and money and is a great intro to the wines from this terrific estate. Salted apple, brioche, white flowers, toasted bread, and plenty of classic Central Coast salty minerality notes give way to a medium-bodied, balanced, undeniably delicious Chardonnay that’s perfect for drinking over the coming 4-5 years.
