2014 Clos du Val Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley

Clos du Val's 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon is super-impressive. There's not much of a drop off from 2013 here. Savory and mineral-driven in style, the 2014 possesses remarkable intensity to match its chiseled, finely-sculpted personality. Medium in body, structured and classic in feel, the 2014 is shaping up to be a real beauty. This could turn out to be one of the overachievers of the vintage.
