2007 Xurus Cabernet Sauvignon Sonatina Vineyard

The 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon has the darkest fruit spectrum of the group, with some lightening at the edge of the color hinting at maturity. The wine offers clean, pure raspberry and red and black currant fruit, noticeable acidity (but not excessive, by any means) and a fresh, lively, medium-bodied mouthfeel.
