2019 Bledsoe Family Winery Chardonnay Elizabeth

Medium straw-yellow. Aromas of ripe pear, honey and flowers sweetened by vanillin oak and a more exotic note of mandarin orange. Concentrated, tactile and attractively sweet/savory, with subtle herbal complexity to its pear, peach, soft citrus and mineral flavors. A note of orange blossom perfumes the firm finish of this distinctive Chardonnay. I was intrigued by this new wine last year and an additional year of vine age has brought a bit more intensity and depth of flavor.
