Vivid ruby. Highly perfumed scents of raspberry, cherry cola, candied flowers and smoky oak spices. Pliant, expansive red and dark berry preserve, rose pastille and mocha flavors become more energetic with air and show excellent detail. Impressively deep yet lively as well, finishing long and smooth, with harmonious tannins and lingering spice and floral character.

Rita Hills and offers a ripe, powerful style as well as notes of blackberries, cassis, toasted spice, dried flowers, and subtle background oak. Ripe and medium to full-bodied, with sweet tannins, it's a big mouthful of Sta. Rita Hills fruit that stays balanced and light on its feet.
