Bright ruby-red. Explosive red and dark berry liqueur, Asian spice and incense aromas, with a smoky mineral nuance adding vivacity. Sappy, sweet and expansive on the palate, offering juicy raspberry, boysenberry and floral pastille flavors joined by hints of five-spice powder and white pepper that build steadily on the back half. Smooth and seamless in texture, showing silky, harmonious tannins and outstanding, floral-driven persistence.

The Pisoni vineyard was one of the heavier cropped vineyards in 2015. The 2015 Pinot Noir Pisoni Vineyard shows a more ruby color to go stunning notes of framboise, strawberries, hints of minerality, full-bodied richness, ultra-fine tannin and a great finish. This is unquestionably the star of the show in 2015.
Pale to medium ruby-purple colored, the 2015 Pinot Noir Pisoni Vineyard has intense notes of pomegranate, Bing cherries and cranberry sauce with hints of anise, lavender and underbrush. Medium-bodied, finely textured, lively and elegant, it has appealing restraint in the mouth and a quiet intensity on the finish. 183 cases were made.
