The 2021 Sauvignon Blanc Grimm's Bluff Vineyard Le Jardin Secret is bright and sculpted, but also has terrific body. Citrus peel, sage, mint, dried flowers and crushed rocks all race out of the glass. A touch oak in fermentation adds texture and overall complexity.
