2018 Sanguis Amour Fou

The 2018 Amour Fou is an unusually styled rosé made from Syrah, Grenache and Roussanne that are harvested separately and added to the ongoing fermentation over a period of about three months. It has a deep salmon-pink color and pleasantly rustic undertones with top notes of candied peaches, salted almonds, beeswax and floral perfume. The palate is medium-bodied with restrained flavors, a textural weightiness and good freshness. 75 cases were made.
