Dried green tropical fruits with brine and matchstick aromas. Full-bodied and very layered with a juicy, chewy mouthfeel. Lightly salted caramel. Needs time to come together. Excellent. Best in a year or two.

The generous palate balances intellectual intrigue with sheer deliciousness, featuring satiny waves of herbal fruit that continue to evolve over a tremendously long finish. I love this hedonistic expression and would be inclined to drink it on the earlier side.
