2016 Winderlea Pinot Noir Shea Vineyard

Glistening ruby-red. A complex bouquet evokes ripe red and blue fruits, cola, oak spices and incense, while floral and mineral accents build in the glass. Stains the palate with concentrated black raspberry, bitter cherry, boysenberry, candied violet and spicecake flavors that pick up vanilla and mocha nuances on the back half. Finishes with outstanding, dark-berry-driven tenacity, youthfully gripping tannins and a late snap of florality. (25% new oak)
