2011 ADAMVS TERES Cabernet Sauvignon

From three different sources (Howell Mountain, Mt. Veeder and Oakville), the 2011 Teres (1,000 cases produced) is a blend of 95% Cabernet Sauvignon and the rest Cabernet Franc and Merlot. It offers good density along with attractive berry fruit intermixed with notes of underbrush, tobacco leaf, espresso, white chocolate, black currants and cherries. This easygoing, soft, evolved 2011 is best consumed over the next decade. This property, formerly known as White Cottage Ranch, is a biodynamically farmed vineyard that utilizes the services of consulting winemaker Philippe Melka.
