The 2015 Vosne-Romanée Aux Réas has an elegant bouquet with perfumed kirsch and crushed strawberry aromas, a hint of vanilla in the background. The palate is medium-bodied with chewy tannin, quite dense in the mouth with sappy red berry fruit on the finish. Give this 2-3 years to lose some of its nascent sinew.

Domaine Fourrier is located in the village of Gevrey-Chambertin. The estate has been run by Jean-Marie Fourrier since 1994, and has rapidly become one of the village’s most fashionable names, known for producing pure and transparent Pinot Noir.
